Robin C. Morton, CMPS, CEO & Residential Mortgage Loan Originator NMLS#233886, has been recognized as a principal innovator in the Greater San Antonio Mortgage Industry. After attending Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania, Robin moved to San Antonio in 1982. She began working as an on-site sales professional in the burgeoning field of residential new home construction. Robin’s attention for detail and hard work allowed her to transition to Sales Manager and eventually Vice President of Operations in just a few short years. In 1991, Robin founded Cachet Custom Homes. After two years and her fourth child, Robin decided to begin a career that allowed her more time with her growing family. Robin began her financial services career as a Mortgage Loan Originator with Fleet Financial Services. Capitalizing on her new construction homebuilding knowledge, Robin quickly transitioned her business partnership with new home builders. She quickly achieved national recognition as a Top Producer in her field. In 1995, she accepted the position as Vice President of Builder Services with Columbia National Mortgage Company. After her first year, Robin received the award of Most Improved Branch. She earned numerous awards culminating in 1998 with the prestigious GSABA’s Summit Award-Mortgage Professional of the Year as well as Columbia National’s Branch Manager of the Year. In 2001, Robin accepted the position of President for a conceptual mortgage entity opened in San Antonio, Excellence Mortgage. After ten years and over 2400 closed loans, Robin’s entrepreneurial spirit brought her to found Cachet Real Estate Finance. Robin is excited to share and apply her two decades of real estate finance experience with both new and existing customers.
